1. Conceptualization: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the development of creative concepts.
2. Visual Design: Create visually appealing and effective designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.
3. Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identities, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
4. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
5. Presentation: Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively through presentations, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
3. Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate and present design concepts.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Prior experience in a design role, either through internships or professional work, is a plus.
